The Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 is convened to present to shareholders an account of the Company’s performance for the financial year ended, to consider and, if thought fit, approve the resolutions outlined in the Notice of Meeting, and to transact such other business as may be duly proposed. The AGM also provides shareholders with an opportunity to engage with the Board of Directors and Management on matters relating to the Company’s affairs and future direction.
