Announcement
Further to the Company’s announcement dated 23 January 2026, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that on 5 February 2026, Azam Jaya Berhad submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking an extension of time (“EOT”) to rectify the shortfall in its public shareholding spread (“PSS”).
The Company is currently pending a decision from Bursa Securities regarding the said EOT application.
As at 31 December 2025, the Company’s public shareholding spread stood at 19.95%, compared to 20.94% previously reported.
The Company will make a further announcement once a decision has been received from Bursa Securities on the EOT application.
